One-on-One sessions are personalized, intuitive experiences designed for clients who aren’t sure which modality they need — or who simply want support that meets them exactly where they are.
Rather than fitting you into a predefined structure, these sessions are guided by your goals, concerns, and what your body and nervous system are asking for in the moment. Each session may include a blend of practices such as Reiki, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Pranayama (breathwork), or Vedic Thai Yoga.
The session unfolds organically, allowing space for conversation, stillness, and hands-on or guided practices as appropriate. No two sessions are the same, and the focus is always on creating a sense of safety, clarity, and balance.
